Jen is a qualified Management Accountant (ACMA) in charge of finance and administration. She graduated in 2002 and went on to gain post-graduate qualifications in business management. Her experience has been built up in management accountancy within a leading London University, and in 2008 she worked closely with Ed in setting up Fairey Associates.

Jen is in charge of regulatory reporting to the FSA, the preparation of annual accounts, management accountancy and human resources within the company.
