Lauren entered Financial Services at the age of 18. In her previous role Lauren spent four years helping a Financial Services Network create and apply Recruitment and Membership processes. Within this organisation Lauren was on hand to help 180 advisers with their day to day needs as well as offering full support to the Managing Director, Senior Management Team and the Recruitment Sales Manager. Lauren joined Fairey Associates to become a crucial part in the running and creation of a growing IFA Practice.

In her spare time Lauren is a huge fan of live music, literature and pub gardens. She enjoys taking part in sporting events for charity and is currently helping her sister plan her perfect wedding.
