Our New Home.
Fairey Associates has rapidly grown from £20m to £300m under management in just over ten years. We now have advisers covering most of the South East from Norfolk to Surrey and everywhere in between. Intrinsic to our success has been the pursuit of excellence in both the academic and professional qualifications as well as the interpersonal and service skills required to look after individuals, their families, businesses and charities properly. |
“In many respects the first ten years were the hardest! We have very strong teams of people now having focused hard on training and development. This has led to more clients than ever before wanting our services. It’s a phenomenal achievement to reach £300m assets under management and testimony to the quality of our people. This number however, hides the fact that we now take on assets at around £75m a year as demand for our services continues to rise.”
- Ed Fairey
Fairey Associates have leases with various offices across the south east providing space to meet and advise clients. Six months ago we decided to buy a 3,000 square foot head office in Kelvedon, very close to the A12 and 15 minutes from the current Chelmsford Head Office. The last six months has been spent getting plans drawn up and planning permission granted. We expect renovations to take 12 months, providing a more comfortable and bespoke place for our teams and clients to work. Our hopes are to make the building largely self sustaining with a 27 panel solar array and battery storage, of course acquired and installed by a client of the business.
As we approach the completion date, more information will follow. If you have any immediate questions, do not hesitate to contact your Adviser.
